When you submit an inquiry or start a live chat, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company, WhatsApp number, product interests and message content.
How we use it
We use this information to answer your request, assign an appropriate team member, maintain service records and, when enabled, send related email replies. We do not ask for payment-card details through the inquiry form or live chat.
Retention and access
Access is restricted to authorized staff through the unified administration system. Records are retained only for business support, security and legal requirements, then removed when no longer needed.
